WheelsSituated between the museum halls and the workshop is another hall, part of which acts as a 'club house' for Wheels, an association of enthusiasts of army vehicles and accessories. They describe themselves as a 'museum on wheels' which makes sense when you realize that their goal is to have their entire collection in drivable condition. The Wheels collection (comprising of Jeeps, lorries, Motorcycles and other military vehicles) spans the period between 1940 and 1975 and since this partly coincides with the Wings of Liberation Museum time period, they participate in our events on a regular base. Apart from that, they also organize their own activities, like the Wheels parts exchange fair which is usually held in February.
